The real estate market in Turkey is growing rapidly. While the retiring of baby-boomers, new development markets and the constant migration to big cities is making the Real Estate market a profitable investment, issues such as the unpredictable political climate, uneven distribution of wealth and disproportionate population growth is making investors sceptical.
The aim was to create a report that not only conveyed global sector information but also highlighted growth potential- making a link between Reit’s strategic objectives and the and the future of the real estate sector.
The key focus throughout the project concentrated on creating an authoritative, seminal report on the commercial property market, highlighting localised information and Reit’s business model. An illustrative visual language, enhanced with compelling data visualisation was used to display how Reit draws on all it’s capabilities to consistently deliver high standards, and will keep it’s role as a key player in the sector.
The report successfully engages sceptical investors, and clearly demonstrates Reit’s confidence on implementing it’s strategy for long term growth in the commercial property market.
