In Turkey, insurance policies are mostly sold through independent vendors, who aren’t (always) necessarily equipped to talk in-depth about policies and their service span. Most sales are done through a trust base, local, handshake business model, where the buyer somehow knows the vendor, and settles for what’s offered to him. A majority of insurance sales leans towards auto and very basic health policies, and most people remain in the dark about other types of policies they can buy.
Aksigorta wanted to obtain their online presence- and to ensure that the website clearly demonstrated the array of products that was available to the customer. What they also needed was a site that would engage a wider and more diverse audience, specifically the younger generation, ensuring the company’s products and policies could easily understood by users.
We developed a site that walks the user through the complicated insurance business, from appraisal through to purchase, using clear language and an engaging visual style. We developed a set of infographics, another step in making the lengthy and wordy claims documents easier to understand and navigate through for a better user experience.
The navigation and architecture is now optimized for a wide range of users, and the site is fully responsive across all devices. It showcases the insurance products clearly, through bold imagery and has a clean, modern design that incorporates intuitive functionality to make the user experience easier and more-rewarding.
